which would make you look more anorexic/thin in the long run?
i’m doing a project on anorexia in school and need to know some answers!
exercising all parts of your body in the gym (running machine, rowing machine, exercise bike etc) + a low calorie diet
or
just running + a low calorie diet?
does muscle eventually burn away if you keep exercising with a low calorie diet?
