How do I take care of and heal my SHIN SPLINTS?
They hurt so much. All I did was run a half a mile and BAM! Can I still train to run? (I haven’t run in a year). Can I still walk or run on the treadmill? Should I let them rest?
I had knee injuries in November, and they’re finally healed. Now I have muscle pulling away from the bone? Please tell me I can exercise. What can I do if I can’t run on the treadmill? Can I do the eliptical or the bike? How about the row machine?
