Cardio workout without using my legs (due to injury)?

How can I get a good cardio workout without using my legs? I have a really bad shin splint from playing tennis and I want to rest it as much as possible until it’s completely healed. In the meantime, I’d like to still get some cardio workouts in? I thought of a rowing machine but my gym doesn’t have any…
